Still waiting on my temperature controller for my bar fridge so in the mean time had to rack my beer to the keg after racking in the fridge for two weeks (needed the fridge space back)

This is the first brew that I've put into a keg so bit of a fuss to get it right. Basically just transferred to clean and sanitised keg, ran up the co2 to 140kpa and burped for thirty seconds. Kept at 140 and rocked to force carbonate for 5 minutes.

BUT! I'm not storing this under pressure, can't keep CO2 on it for the time being so just keeping under pressure. Assuming keg retains pressure, I should be able to cool, tap and hit with pouring pressure yeah?

Thanks,

You get a certain amount of CO2 into solution/headspace and provided it does not leak, it will be similar when you re-chill.
