I'm sure this has been covered, but my searches kept returning results from other possible meanings of keywords.

Anyway, the things I'm wondering if I, most importantly, should or; if not necessary still can without harm, refrigerate:

Brewing salts (calcium sulfphate/chloride)
Yeast nutrient
Ph 5.2 Stabiliser - I've never used it, but once I open it, chuck it in the fridge?
Starsan
Brewbrite

Cheers

Brewing salts (calcium sulfphate/chloride) - No
Yeast nutrient - Depends on what the yeast nutrient is, so maybe
Ph 5.2 Stabiliser - I've never used it, but once I open it, chuck it in the fridge? - no
Starsan - no
Brewbrite - no

The powdered stuff you generally just want to keep dry.

Brewbrite - definitely yes. I believe it will denature/stale if kept warm. I store mine in the keg fridge. Consult a retailer for a definite answer though!

It can be kept dry in a fridge if it is well sealed, so still ambiguous. Guess my fridge will have plenty of room for stubbies instead then!

The nutrient is wyeast I think. It's in a conical bottomed plastic vial. I don't have it in front of me.

I store my wyeast nutrient in the fridge.... no adverse effects yet.
