Having built my stir plate a couple of weeks ago, I decided to put a starter on. No complaints with the quality and amount of yeast, more than double compared to the usual starter method and at least twice as fast . What struck me as strange is that the fan runs counter clockwise  , I have tried reversing the polarity but the fan will not run that way. Has anyone else noticed this in there stir plate .What I am trying to say is that the liquid in the flash stirs counter clockwise instaed of clockwise. I don't suppose it makes any difference but it just does'nt look right.
