I decided before kegging the next run of beers to do a full strip down and clean of my kegs (it been a long time coming) I high pressure cleaned them inside and out, then I've recirculated pbw through the kegs and back in to the beer out post for a minimum of 30min each. Then a good high pressure clean to get rid of any traces. Finally I threw a 2L mix of starsan into each keg and shook.

I'm running a bit short on time this arvo (aka can't be far|<ed doing much more), still having to finish a brew and then cube up. My question is, is it ok to leave a starsan mix in the kegs overnight.

I think it will be ok, as I only think it's bleach thats bad with s/s

Yes, it's perfectly fine.
I quite often leave starsan in my kegs for weeks.

I spilt some starsan on my stainless bench and didn't clean it up, came back and it had started to corrode... Cleaned it all up with Bar Keepers Friend.

Perhaps it had something to do with the temperature and oxygen availability of my bench... Nevertheless I think it's a pH thing...
