Hi Just wanting some advice or tips on the recipe I have attached. I am brewing this next week and this will be my 2nd AG batch.
I Brewed an APA for my 1st and was very pleased with the outcome. managed to hit all my numbers spot on and the beer came out very tasty. I am going for a quite hoppy IPA but want to balance it out with some malt so would like to hear what my recipe my need or not need.

Looks like a good one. Let us know how it goes. Simcoe and mosaic sounds good. I like the idea of using munich and vienna. Should have a bit of malt to balance the dry finish at 1.008.
 
Looks pretty good. I'd make that.

My only comments would be to plug the FWH warrior addition to 90mins to properly capture the extra IBUs you would be getting from it over the normal 60min utilisation. I would also personally sub the Munich for a light caramalt to give the greater mouthfeel as well as the toasty caramel you're after with the Munich. I also dry hop for 3days max as it reduces the chance of grassy flavours which I hate, but plenty of people like it at 6 days (especially @ 5g/L).
 
I'd drop the Munich. With the MO and Vienna you will have enough malt profile. Like mentioned increase the boil to 90mins and whatever the ibu increase is will balance the abv of 7.2%. It's nice and dry which will bring the hops more forward.

Have you got any gypsum to add to the water, at a guess 8-10g for a 20lt batch would help.
 
Thanks for the input everyone. Will increase the boil time on that advise and think about the removal of the munich .
I do have gypsum to add I just left that out as everyone has a different water profile so I don't see the need to include what I add for mine.
8g is what I am adding though :)
Will let you know how it all goes.
My first post here so looking forward to see what everyone is doing with there brewing and keen to pick up some good tips and advise.
