These were the bomb , smoked for 5 hrs

Mate those look spot on, definitely adding that to the list.
Any tips on making a good BBQ sauce? Been meaning to give it a go but haven't gotten around to it yet.

The recipe was online, tasted like the stuff you get at the shops . And super easy

The ribs were smoke at about 100-120°c for about 4-5hrs and i started basting once i could probe ribs and it was nice and soft. Just used salt and pepper and garlic powder as seasoning. I can't wait to do it again
