I am new to all grain brewing so i would like to try small batch brewing using BIAB. I have a 10l pot which i was using for extract brewing, would this be large enough to start with. I would like to try a dunkelweizen for starters. How would a go about resizing a recipe to suit.

That's a lot of effort for maybe 6L of beer into packaging after the losses in your kettle and fermenter.

Grab a cheap 40L+ pot from ebay or check the move to all grain for $30 thread.

Best idea would be to grab brewmate (brewmate.net) - it's free.

Punch in the recipe and the original litres and scale down from that. Click the BIAB option and check the brewday function until it's about right.

10L isn't going to be much headspace. You might wish to grab a 19L Big W pot for $20, which will eke out 12L or so without too much potential for boilovers.
