Hi guys,
I stumbled upon this recipe which I might try out next. Can you please take a look and let me know what you think, or if anyone may have actually made this before and liked it.
I made two small changes - the original recipe had Cararye, I substituted with Rye malt because I can't get Cararye, will that be ok? The other thing was upping the 60min Motueka hops from 5g to 10g, to lift the IBU just a touch. Other than that the recipe is as I found it.
