well yes actually.
ac running 24/7 no power bill to pay and a constant 20 deg.and thats just the box room.and all this in the tropics.
and you can have back your cane toads anytime.

Oh the power bills BIGD ...we dont run any A/C as the house is all open, but run 3 fridges and 2 freezers @ the moment and looking @ another refride unit in the bar I want to build this dry....
But woulden't go south for quids.
