Pacman's Lao Kang Creamale

Yeast: White Labs San Francisco Lager
Yeast Starter: Use Lot's O' Yeast
Batch Size: 6 Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.013
Alcohol Content: 5.3 %
Total Grains: 10.75 pounds
Color: 3.5
Extract Efficiency: 83 %
Hop IBU's: 25.5
Boiling Time: 70 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 10 days @ 62-64
Secondary Fermentation: 2-4 weeks @ 45
