So I got a vial of this on the way. never used it . Just not sure what I'm gonna do with it first

thinking something along the lines of my go to simple saison recipe ?

pils, vienna , wheat and a little oats

fermented at 40 or something stupid ?

good starting place for it ?
 
I'd say the saison is a great place to start, perhaps add a small dry hop or a bit very late in the boil
I've been using Saure/Tormodgarden in my cream ale with a generous cube hopping lately (I change the cube hop variety every batch)
 
I've just put down a kolsch/kveik split where I've used Sigmund's Voss Kveik in one fermenter and kolsch yeast in the other.
I'll be bottling the kveik as it finished fermenting in 2 days at 30C with a good blast of O2 and yeast nutrient. I'll report back if it's really good.

40L recipe
2-row pale ale malt 6.80 kg 83%
Wheat Malt 1.00 kg 12%
Vienna Malt 0.40 kg 5%
Grains mashed at 67C

Waimea 30g 90mins 21.1IBU
Saaz 60g 20mins 5.4IBU
