I mucked up an order of 5 different "specialty" grains and they came in a one bag blend. After overcoming the horror of my mistake, as I had never envisaged a recipe style containing them all, I hope for a serendipity brew or two.

The blend is:

I envisage a Dunkel, ESB, OZ hop ale version?, WC IPA. NEIPA, and maybe a porter. Using Brewfather as a guide, I've started with a German Dunkel using 15% (attached). I had to add 4l water to bring OG to 1050.
The OZ version will use JW ale, POR, Ella & galaxy, the ESB will use JW ale, Target, EKG & Fuggles. Still working on the others.
I'm interested to hear other comments & advice on proportions and ingredients.
