Alright, I'll put my hand up to organise it. Pickup probably last weekend in August (Saturday 24th), but that will firm up once I get a proper order list from you guys and talk to Anthony at CB

So can all the people who have said 2 sacks of something actually put in what they want to order. That would help me out when talking to Anthony.

Can the people who want 1/2 a bag organise with someone to buy the other half and then add it to their line item? I am not going to track who is going halves with who, etc, etc. One person puts in a full bag in the list, one person pays for the bag. They are then free to handle the split themselves. Of course feel free to post in this thread about who wants 1/2 bag etc, but please only add full bags to the list. This will make the tracking and ordering much easier for me, which is what it is all about!!!

Or maybe have the order list and then a half-bag section underneath which I can ignore when doing up my order spreadsheet? That way, a request for half-bag doesn't get buried 15 posts back. Once you work out the other half with someone, remove the info from the 1/2 bags section.

TidalPete: what is TF Mild? I can't find it on CB's grain list. Or do I ask Anthony for a price on it?
Black Devil Dog, SmokoMark, Hugcra: please work out who is gong to add the complete bag to their order. Once you work it out, remove the line item from the 1/2 bags section.

After talking to Anthony I'll decide on the cut-off date or cut-off number of bags. I'll find out from him what the minimum order is for 2 pallets because at the moment we are 1&1/2 bags from the max 36 bags per pallet.

I am capping the buy at 36 bags. There is no benefit to ordering two pallets at a time and I can't be arsed trying to organise that may people.

So the bulk buy is done for the moment assuming the half-bags are organised. I guess people can be added as spares in case someone pulls out.

TidalPete: can you provide an alternative to TF Mild in case it is not available? That will speed up the ordering process if I have an alternative straight away.

CB will advise grain availability and shipping time once we get a grain list together.

There should be no trouble getting a sack of Thomas Fawcett Mild Malt as I split one with another brewer in a previous bulk buy. Ross sells it by the kilo online & TTBOMM it was the same price as the other Thomas Fawcett malts in the bulk buy section ($67 a sack)
If I can't get a sack of TF Mild then I really only need the 1 x sack off BB Wheat.

Ross is a busy man & thus has little time to update his website (Including the Bulk Buy webpage) to include everything he has in stock. At some time in the future there will be a new CraftBrewer website that includes everything or so I've been told?

The weyermann ale malt is listed in the bulk buy table on craft brewer. It is the second line in the weyermann section. Same line as bo pils and premium pils. $53 per sack. I should have said Ale malt and not pale malt in the list.
