Gents, I have a lager that the general consensus is did not have enough yeast. This brew has been filtered into a keg gassed and chilled. What are the thoughts of removing the beer from the keg into the fermenter, getting to correct temperature and adding more yeast. Would this help attenuate the beer to have the required finish. The second option is garden fertilizer.

Your thoughts are welcomed.

I don't think that would work Laurie. I do believe the beer in question suffered from diacetyl. You should question weather it is that bad that you can't drink it and if it is drink it to prove a lesson to yourself so you don't ever underpitch a lager again.

Beer suit, thanks for the empathy and understanding. Yes some lager is being forced fed as a lesson of not what todo. Back to the drawing board and brew a proper lager.
