Hi there brewers.
I'm chasing a recipe for Rosella/Wild Hibiscus beer. I'm sure I've seen it on AHB somewhere. I cant seem to find it. Can anyone help.

That's probably my Hibiscus Saison


House Saison (Saison)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.040 (°P): 10.0
Final Gravity (FG): 1.004 (°P): 1.0
Alcohol (ABV): 4.72 %
Colour (SRM): 3.1 (EBC): 6.1
Bitterness (IBU): 27.5 (Average - No Chill Adjusted)

74.67% Pale Malt
21.33% Wheat Malt
4% Carapils (Dextrine)

1 g/L Perle (7.1% Alpha) @ 45 Minutes (Boil)
0.7 g/L East Kent Golding (4.6% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)
0.7 g/L Hallertau Mittlefrueh (3.6% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)

3.6 g/L Hibiscus & Rosella Tea @ 10 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 63°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Wyeast 3031 - Saison Brett Blend
