About to return to brewing after 20+ year break. No more brewing in a hot garage in Queensland. By the end of the year I will have a dedicated insulated and possibly climate controlled room to brew in. My wife now enjoys beer which has prompted the revisiting brewing. The thought of bottling has put me off so am looking at kegging. My mates and I brewed in a converted SS keg years ago so I am attracted to the Kegmenter style of fermenter, but the conicals also look interesting. So I will be interested in opinions comparing the two styles.
