Hi all, I've been out of brewing and pretty much off booze in general for a couple of years now. Time to hop off the wagon.
I want to update my HERMS to electric and was looking at the Mash to Brew 3300W 3ph circular element. Run as single phase it's 3 X 1100W elements. How well would this go in a keggle switching off 1 or 2 elements once boiling? Usually do 20l batches and the odd 40l batch.
