Heya

Just after a bit of advice about my next brew.
I've just brewed two Maibocks in a row, on Wyeast 2633. (1st brew: new yeast, 2nd brew: repitch)

I'm about to rack the 2nd brew, and am planning to just repitch again, however I'd like to do something a bit different to a Maibock - however, I'm having trouble deciding what beer i want to do.
I'm thinking either: ESB, Choc Porter, 2xIPA, or IBA.

I'd quite like to do an IBA, as I looooooooove Shawn's Fault, but I'm not sure how such a beer would go on yeast from a relatively sweet/malty beer like a Maibock (7.6%abv Maibock at that...)

Thanks in advance
