Hi brewers,

Currently have my first go at recultering the Coopers yeast using the 6 stubbies and 1.25 litre bottle method as outlined on the Coopers site.Put it in on Tuesday and this morning had a small layer of foam on top and the bottle is rock solid so something is working.Just wondering if it's the best practice to release the gas build up or leave it sealed up till I use it?

Cheers

Brento
