Called into RedHill Brewery with the missus for lunch today and tried their new Belgian Blonde.

A very nice drop and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Anyone have a good recipe for a nice tried and tested Belgian Blonde?

A beautiful blonde Belgian pale ale with spicy, earthy hop nose and slightly sweetish/biscuity malt character are part of an overall flavour experience. A malt sweetness with fruity esters is balanced by the bitterness of our Goldings hops and the alcohol itself. This combination of aroma, flavour and a rich mouthfeel, gives a great complexity to this classic Belgian style.

Truman..is this a permanent addition to their range or a seasonal offer?

Redhill make some nice beers, in particular their RIS which usually comes out each winter.

Going on this it's only a limited release....

Our new Belgian Blonde is ready and is being released this week at the brewery in bottles and on tap. The brewer's have been hard at work tweaking this years version, it's a cheeky Belgian pale ale with earthy hop aroma a biscuity malt character and a light body making it easy drinking. We believe it's the perfect beer for sitting on the deck and taking in the sunshine. It's a limited release, as we are busy brewing to keep beer on the peninsula, so only available at the brewery. On tap & in bottles
