Dave makes an awsome Klsch, very delicate and complex, and a great Rauch, come to think of it they're all pretty good.

The rauch, baltic porter, wee heavy and framboise are the pick IMHO.

The Baltic Porter is a must, besides that the honey ale and rauch are good for something different, not to mention their bock, wee heavy and Christmas cheer beer.
They might still be serving the Marzen Rauchbier which is worth a try. Never got around to trying their Berliner Weiss, but that sounded good. Oh, if its available, I'd recommend the hand-pumped ale.
