ev,nin all. a few weeks back i picked up some unrecond cornie kegs and some new o rings to suit.now, i will be using them soon,what i am planning to do is replace the o rings,clean the kegs,check the post seals,fill with water,pressurize and then check for leaks.
can anyone tell me,have i missed anything,are there any tricks/traps you know of or have found.

I also recall seeing one with good pics (cruisenews or something), but can't locate it now.

One think I had recently was the rubber on the top of the keg where the posts screw onto to create the seal was really worn & was causing gas leaks. I ended up using some silicon bakeware to craft a new washer to sit under the posts. Problem solved.
