Just a few questions as I am eager to try this beer:

1. What was the ferm temp?
2. Did you Crash Chill?
3. Did you bottle or keg this beer, and if bottle how did you carbonate the bottles?

G'day Bruce,

1. The ferment temperature was around 18-20 degrees. Yeast didn't throw off a huge amount of esters, more spicy than anything.

2. I didn't crash chill. Clarity really not an issue with the style.

3. Bottled half, kegged half. Carbonated with 5g/L dextrose, carbonation is quite lively still.

Brilliant.

Cheers for the info Muggus. Odd how 90 - 100g has given a lively outcome. Will keep that in mind.

I wouldn't get too alarmed about it.
I'm pretty certain I over-estimated my final volume by a couple of litres. High carbonation isn't a huge issue in wheat beers.
