Yeah not sure whether those numbers are accurate or not. I took them off the Brix-SG chart. Double checked on a few online calculators and they all gave the same gravity.

It was a 3L starter which I then decanted off and added wort to get started. So the fermentation was as strong as it could be. Also fermented a little on the high side.
