originally a dunkelweizen and added too much chocalate. Turned out great though!!

great recipe, though (to be perfectly anal) I wouldn't call it a Weizen, as only about 1/4 of the malt profile is wheat, whereas (though not mandated) 50% wheat is generally accepted as the minimum.

Sorry to be a beer nazi, normally I'm not, but I love any weizenbier so much I should have been a Bavarian.
