Red Eyed Rabbit

Brewer's Notes

I put grains in, when water was 54C. I heat ~30 min and then there was 70C. I put burner smaller and shut 15 min before end. Highest temperature was 73 just before burner off. So mash time was 90 min and last 60 min over 70C.
Boiling time was 80 min. But I put Amarillo pellets in when temperature was 85C. So Amarillo hops swimming something like 120 min.
Wort taste bitter but soft. It is like sophisticated bitter =)
