Brewer's Notes
Pretty much a staple beer in my brewing regime. Always tastes better fresh too, not worth letting it age. Crystal malt is actually Bairds Light and 0 minute hop additions were dry hopping for 2 weeks.
This beer managed a 2nd in SABSOSA 2008 and a 3rd in AABC 2008.
