I used to love swan lager and emu export ,but last year when i went home i couldnt stand it  i am going to make this if my yeast can be used.

i would say the bitterness needs to come up to atleast 45 though.... I remember it being a smooth bitterness not a harsh bitterness. Although this was in 1999....

It was kegged on 21/01/20012 with 8 x 640ml bottles.
This was my second a temped at AG,
and I'm over the moon the beer taste all right very drinkable
just needs some more hops bitterness.
Next time I will up it to 25g of SPOR 60min's and 15g SPOR 10 min's
I'm looking forward to make some more.

Super pride has the better flavor and aroma, unless of course you by some of my POR flowers which impress your pants off. EB was always my favorite now its just crap, not even that POR bite. SAD.

Gryphon Brewing I have been thinking of growing my own hops. I see that you are in Bassendean, I live in Ashfield, Would you been willing to sell me some cutting? and the best way to grow them?
I dont have any but I know who does but its the wrong tine of the year to start bines off.The flowers I have are commercially grown.
