Brewer's Notes
Steep grains for 20 mins at 70°, add to boil at the start. I used two cans of Coopers Wheat LME (50-50 barley and wheat). A simple brew with lots of flavour. The southern cross gives it a nice resiny bitterness that is then followed by heaps of nelson sauvin flavour and aroma. Finish is quite dry and makes a good session beer.
