Brewer's Notes

Can be fermented wirh a more neutral yeast and with some flavouf and aroma hops for a more Cream-Aleish result. I used torrified/puffed wheat instead of wheat malt.

45->40, 30 mins, for a better run
55->50. 30 mins, for body, head and clarity
66->60, till conversion

If i was to make a bigger amount of this recipe is there a rule of thumb for increasing ingredients.

Divide the ingredients by the number of litres in this recipe (15) then multiply by the number of litres you want to make.
ie. for a 23l batch...
2kg/15L*23L= 3.06kg Bairds Golden Promise Pale Ale Malt
1kg/15L*23L= 1.53kg BB Wheat Malt
10g/15L*23L= 15.3g Northern Brewer (Pellets, 9.0 AA%, 60 mins)

Pretty sure that's right...
