Brewer's Notes

68*C mash with 4g CaSO4, 8g CaCl2

20 minute hop addition was in the cube.

Brewday was 2 x 30L batches with ingredients split between batches. Both boils were over 2 hours long.

Fermentation was started with 2 x 20L cubes, with the 3rd cube added after 24 hours.
