Brewer's Notes

200g of fresh Passionfruit pulp and Nelson Sauvin hops in secondary. Very refreshing drink, not a beer to be drunk all day but thirst quenching all the same.

Single infusion mash at 65' for 90 mins. Fermented at 12' with 24hr diacetyl rest between primary and secondary fermentation.
