Hearty Porter

Porter - Robust Porter

Brewer's Notes

Mash 67° for 60 mins. Boil for 90 mins. OG 1.055
The Amber, Black, Brown and Choc Pale malts were all Bairds.
Yeast was 1 pkt Craftbrewer Nottinghams dry.

Looks a good recipe Jake, how does it go down? I've posted my latest robust porter this morning and was thinking of making another for the winter. I might just give yours a bash!

Thanks Razz. To be honest its still in the fermenter, but just about finished. But it tastes awesome already, I could drink it just like it is. Im very happy with it (if you hadnt already gathered that fact :D)
