A simple pilsner recipe and tasty goes well with spit roast pig or lamb.

Havn't used Hallertauer Mittelfrueh for a few years but used to really enjoy it. How many times you brewed this one fish?

Is it bitter enough to be a pilsner? Or is it closer to a Helles?
