First Extract Lager/Wheat with POR Hops

Brewer's Notes

Boil pot 40 litres, topped up to final volume with cold water.
Yeast starter used
Bulk primed
My first extract, I really like the kind of flavours, I might try to increase the bitterness next time and maybe even more aroma with increasing the late hop addition quantities.
