Brewer's Notes
mashed it at 65 deg to get a fairly dry beer but keep some body seing as i wasnt using any specialty malts. The Floor Malted Golden Promise is fantastic. Leaves the beer with a delicious malty sweetness and ballences the 30 IBU well. Bitterness from the cluster is smooth as silk and hop character is fresh and bright. Very refreshing beer and a bit too easy to drink. 90 Min hop addition is actually FWH
