Ale - American Pale Ale

Brewer's Notes

Add 5g Cascade dryhop in fermenter once terminal gravity reached for 3 days. Ferment around 18-20C for the first couple of days and don't worry about the rest

Just bottled this one and it is very nice - a variation on Smurto's golden ale but with more Cascade. Nice and simple.

Could use 1056 instead of 1272, wouldn't be much different but the 1272 is a welcome change.

Not really an APA, more of a Blonde Ale, in the style of LC Bright Ale or JS Golden Ale but with a little bit more flavour.

No-chilled so IBU's are a little bit higher, if immersion chilling add more hops to the boil to take the IBU up to about 30
