Brewer's Notes

Gypsum is 1g Calcium Carbonate to raise PH in mash water
Clover Honey is Goldern Syrup

Mash:
8L @55C x 30 mins, 2L deco
60C x 30min, 2L deco
68C x 45min

Sparge:
3L @ 68C

Used hop sock

Add Golden syrup @ 15 min
