Barts Bitter

Brewer's Notes

Mashed 64/65deg 60min. The beer was also cold conditioned for 2 weeks @ 4deg after primary ferm. Also got the thumbs up at Chappo's brewday.

Final Bramling X edition was dry hop 5 days.

I have this one bubbling away ATM. I shall report back upon tasting...
 
10 days in the keg - VERY NICE! Balanced well with a great coppery color.

I used Wy1968 on this one but otherwise all the same as the recipe.

I shall age it a while longer and report back. SO far though - Id recommend it!

It has been very tough not to touch it. I am learning though that if you give them a few weeks they improve so much. A month and it can taste like a totally different beer.
