I'm moving house and would like to clear out some stock and start fresh once I set the brewery up at the new place.

Batch size 120L
edit: BH Eff is 75%

I have about 15kg of base malt - mainly BB ale with some MO and some Pilsner malt

Other malts
Dark Crystal .65kg
JW Crystal .25kg
brown malt .25kg
caramunich T2 4kg
Carapils 4.36kg
Munich Light 4.5kg
Roasted Barley 5kg
Roasted Malt 5kg

Hops I have
Amarillo - 400g
Cascade - 150g
centennial - 500g
ekg 100g
hal mit - 100g
simcoe - 500g

I was thinking a mild, the base malts mashed at 70 come out at 1.031 according to beersmith. What would be a good mix of the spec malts to make a nice mild? I don't mind if it is a little stronger around 3.5%. Would like to use up as much of the ingredients as possible.

Maybe a "session dark IPA"?

Any input appreciated!

Bit of brown, bit of crystal, shade of roast, EKG and a good uk yeast.

Mash as described.

What about this....

Batch Size (fermenter): 100.00 l
Estimated OG: 1.038 SG
Estimated Color: 34.5 EBC
Estimated IBU: 17.5 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 77.3 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Pale Malt 80.4 %
Pilsner 8.3 %
Brown Malt 4.7 %
Crystal, Dark 4.1 %
Roasted Barley 2.5 %
East Kent Goldings 60 min 11.1 IBUs
Fuggles 60.0 min 6.5 IBUs

Code:
Mash @ 70
Wyeast 1968

I never work in percentages (despite it being a better way to outline recipes). Actual ingredients work ok. Mash temp good- how long for?

Yeast good.

I don't mind a small, 10 min addition but yours look ok, if a bit low on IBU.

13.00 kg Pale Malt, Ale
1.35 kg Pilsner
0.76 kg Brown Malt
0.66 kg Crystal, Dark
0.40 kg Roasted Barley
77.00 g East Kent Goldings
50.00 g Fuggles

10 min addition will work for sure, I've got plenty of fuggles I could throw in 50g @ 10 min to bring the total IBU to 20. That sits middle to high for a dark mild according to BeerSmith.
edit: was planning to mash @ 70 for an hour unless there is merit to longer/shorter? then a regular mashout

There is merit to shorter for this style - I do mine for 30 mins.

Personally I'd either use ekg for the 10 min or just leave as is unless you know you like late fuggles.

Go for it and tweak to taste, depending on result.
