G'day Brewers - Happy Sunday!
I have an assortment of grains and hops I wanted to turn into some brews over the next week and was hoping for some recipe advice please.
Was thinking of doing some kit can and grain brews to ~23L.
I love Aussie (i.e.: Coopers) and American Pale Ales, proper knock your socks off IPAs, Amber ales, etc.

I have:
Munich 1 malt: 1kg
Caramel/Crystal malt (12-17): 1kg
Chocolate pale malt: 1kg
Carapils 3-5
Cascade pellets: 150g
EKG pellets: 40g
PoR pellets: 40g
Saaz pellets: 270g
Centennial pellets: 10g
Moteuka pellets: 65g
Hallertau pellets: 100g
Thanks in advance!

You could do something like:

Mash the munich and 300g of crystal at 66c for 1 hour.

Use kit....Aussie Pale, Lager, draught will work ect.

Do a small 10 minute hop boil with cascade to 35 ibu total, with the liquor from the mash, taking into consideration the ibu contribution of the kit.

750g LDME.

Us-05, Nottingham or MJ-42.

Dry hop- 30g cascade, 65g motueka and may as well throw the 10g centennial in as well.

Will make a decent American Pale Ale.

Cheers .

I reckon there are two beers there;
Chocolate
Crystal
EKG
Saaz
Moteuka - go easy
Light can with English yeast

Munich
Carapils - bit silly with a kit, but you wanna use it
Saaz
Hallertau
Light can with lager yeast.

Obviously youre going to have to work out how much of each with some software.
