Recipe Scaling

I've found a couple of recipes on the NZ Hop board web site.

However the recipes are for 700 litre batches.
To brew a 25 litre batch, is it simply a case of scaling the ingredients?

Yes scale it and it will be fine. I've scaled recipes with success. I can't say for sure if the resulting batch was the same as the large version but it certainly tasted good. I seem to remember some tools online that could be used for scaling - possibly at www.beertools.com - it allows you to setup a recipe, and then I think you can change the batch size to see the converted ingredient amounts.
