Hey guys just trying to put together an ESB recipe for a first time attemp.
Hoping to have got somewhere near the mark but would love any feedback you guys might be able to give.

Looks pretty good but personally, I'd halve the crystal and loose the 30min addition and bump up the 15 and 5 and adjust the ibu with the 60min addition.

Ed. To be more specific, take the 30min ad and halve it between your current 5 and 15 ad then keep the same total ibu by adjusting the 60min ad.
 
Thanks mate. Out of trying to learn a bit more about balancing recipes why would you do away with the 30 min addition.
 
For me, 30min additions are just kind of no man's land. Less effective at bittering than a 60min and less flavour than the 15.

Had another play around with it.
 
Why'd you up the biscuit? It's a lovely malt but a little goes a long way.

Otherwise it's looking good at first glance although I question the need for the melanoiden.
