0.8 g/L Northern Brewer (10.1% Alpha) @ 45 Minutes (Boil)
1.3 g/L Hallertau Mittlefrueh (4.8% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
1.3 g/L Hallertau Mittlefrueh (4.8% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)


Single step Infusion at 64C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes

Fermented at 12C with Saflager W-34/70

Looks like the poster-child for German Pils.
 
Looks bang on target to me.

Going by my eye though...haven't run anything through style guidelines, but it looks the goods to me.

I brewed this on Sunday, insert big happy smile, I hit the right temps, 76% efficiency, wort as clear as bell and smelt great, lets see if Mr. fermenter likes it as well..will check back in 2 weeks :D
