I have a day off and and goinf to brew.

What do you do with Liquid yeast that you have bottled from a previous brew.

Do you need to do anything special or just pitch when ready like Powdered yeast ?

I have a 2007 Pilsner Yeast.

Any other useful advice on Yeasts would be good 2

Thoughts ?

datfrog,
you can use the yeast from the bottles of a previous brew but u really need to build up a starter using some DME, otherwise you will underpitch which may cause all sorts of probs.

not enuf time to build up a starter i would have thought to brew today.

good luck with the brew - on a day like today at 36C it'll take a while to cool the wort.

cheers
