Thought I would share some brew porn, my 3 Vessel RIMS fired all electric brewery. 2 Tier with rotating HLT ontop.

I still have some tweaks to make to the frame, and some more paint is required but its currently working a treat.

Running a 2400W RIMS element, 2200W HLT, 2200W & 3600W immersion elements in the kettle.

March Pump, PID controller with RTD PT100 temp probe, and plate chiller.

Cheers guys, I was humming and harring over this stand for a while, in terms of layout, and in particular stability of the HLT on a rotating single post.

I even modelled it up in one of my structural steel packages and the deflection is mininscule, in line with the model. So not totally overengineered! :lol:

The control panel rotates in so its all nice and compact when not in use too.

Nice rig mate atleast you can fly sparge with the Hlt being high as I tranfer to my kettle throuh the pump.

Still struggling to get the fly sparge to happen in regards to water depth over the grain. Time to introduce a floating valve me thinks...

Finished welding the RIMS/Pump/Chiller support section tonight and painted it too.
