    Hi siambrew

It would be fair to say you’ve bitten off one of the hardest subjects to understand in the world of home-brewing but one that can make a huge difference to the final taste of your beers!!!

First you need to make sure you have cleaning and sanitation down pat!! this has to be at 110% or you’re just spinning your wheels.

Dont try and understand it all at once! unless you’re a chemist, its an interesting subject but can leave you with a headache, my mates a chemist and a brewer his beer is fabulous. In my world 1+1=2 not in his…

Get a home-brew and watch this vid, JP is the godfather of home-brewing

    his book is here

Now I bet your confused haha, simpler resources follow

The first link I sent you is from Martin Brungard, he’s a top bloke and expert in his field Its worth paying for his upgraded program when you get serious, he posts on here occasionally

    Good Luck…
