Hi all,
I am gathering my equipment getting ready to move to brew in a bag, i recently obtained my 50L keg and 4 ring burner so more or less ready to go but have a fair few more extracts and partials i want to make as well.
In thinking about this move I was wondering what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing a full volume boil with partials and extracts and also are there any changes i need to make to compensate for doing a FVB?
I know at the moment i use cold (fridge) water to assist cool the wort so this is one thing i have to consider, maybe i go to a no chill set up but i am sure this will create the need for further changes.

Anyway I'd like to hear from you guys about this or maybe I should just stay with a partial boil..............

Cheers

Unless you have something sorted for cooling whether is a no chill cube or some sort of chiller, just stay with your partial boil.
No advantage of doing a full volume boil unless its a full mash brew.
