Ppg Spreadsheet

Hi,

Does anyone have (or can get) a spreadsheet of the PPG values for the available Malt Grains ??? I am in the process of building my own program (using MS-Access) that will perform all the math calc's for brewing.. It would be most appreciated.....

I think i can get all these values for you tonight. When you say PPG though, is that yield?

Yup. Don't matter if it's PPG or HWE. Just need to know if it's one or the other.....

Thanks for that guys, but, what I'm really looking for in addition to is the PPG (or HWE) values for the commercially available grains.......

PPG - Points per Pound per Gallon
HWE - Hot Water Extract (points per litre per kilo)

Did you get the list i gave you?
Each grain had a yield figure on gravity, so if it said 1.040 that's 40 points per pound per gallon isn't it?
