Powder Fire Extinguiser Ok To Fill With Gas?

I can get a powdered fire extinguisher for cheap, full and certed. Can this be emptied for beer usage and fulled with gas? It would be done professionally however to not look a muggins at the shop I thought I'd ask here first

The list of chemicals that go into fire retardant is pretty scary. Especially if you wanted it to go near your delicious brew's
